Apply now for BA degree programmes in Diak
There are 65 study places in two bachelor’s degrees conducted in English at Diaconia University of Applied Sciences.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services (Helsinki campus, blended teaching)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care, Nursing (Helsinki campus, contact teaching)
Joint application starts on 4 and ends on 18 January 2023 at 3pm Finnish time. Each of the programmes start next Autumn.
Entrance examinations
Student admission for the BA degree programmes is based on the International UAS exam, which is completed online. The examination has two phases.

Programmes in English interest widely
Programmes in English open doors for international tasks, so Finnish applicants have shown increasing interest for them. Programmes in English provide the same competence as programmes taught in Finnish.

You can apply for Diak’s bachelor’s and master’s degree programmes conducted in Finnish in the second joint application period, which takes place from 15 to 30 March.
