Master’s Degree Programme in Interdisciplinary and Collaborative Leadership (in Finnish)

The Master’s Degree Programme in Interdisciplinary and Collaborative Leadership aims at developing the student’s skills in managing multidisciplinary cooperation and customer-oriented services.

Students gain methodological skills in designing services and coordinating multidisciplinary work. The graduates will be able to manage the service chains by utilizing the public’, private’ and the 3rd sector’s expertise in promoting health and well-being.

Extent: 90 credit points (ECTS)
