Accessibility Statement of Diak
Diaconia University of Applied Sciences aims to ensure that the Finland abroad online service meets the requirements for accessibility as laid down in the Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019).
This accessibility statement concerns the Diak.fi/en website.
Status of accessibility of the digital service
The digital service meets the critical accessibility requirements A and AA.
Technical deficiencies
- some of the video material may be missing alternative texts
- some PDF files may include accessibility deficiencies
Some non-accessible videos and PDF files were published before September 23, 2018, and therefore do not need to be retroactively made compliant with accessibility requirements. We aim to correct possible accessibility problems if they occur.

This statement was prepared on September 23, 2019, and was updated on August 15, 2024. The statement is based on a self-assessment and a review conducted by the website provider Poutapilvi.
