The use of AI in Diak’s marketing and communications
Diak utilizes generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools in the production of its communication and marketing materials. Generative AI refers to artificial intelligence that learns from extensive linguistic and visual models and creates new content based on them.
Diak’s communications and marketing team uses programmes such as Chat GPT, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot to assist in brainstorming, content creation, and structuring of text-based informational and marketing materials. For visual content production, we use Adobe Firefly and Midjourney services.
Diak’s communications and marketing are committed to the Ethical Guidelines for Communication issued by The Council of Ethics in Communication (VEN). All AI-assisted content is always reviewed and verified by Diak’s communications and marketing specialists. Ethical and moral considerations are always made by humans at Diak.
AI outputs are always mathematical representations of the data on which the AI was trained. This means that due to biases in the training data, generative AI tends to replicate existing societal stereotypes. In Diak’s communications and marketing work, we pay special attention to visual content, especially when themes involve ethnicity, gender, social class, or age.
