Express Yourself was a European-level project, operating simultaneously in Germany, Ireland, Lithuania and Spain. The project was administered by Diaconia University of Applied Sciences in Finland.

The Inclusive Grouping in Schools project promoted social inclusion in school communities.

Health Tanzania

Main goal
The main aim of the project was capacity building for health care sector in Tanzania.

Hiil Hooyo is a joint project is administered by Finnish Somalia Network in Finland, and the project partners are in Finland are Puntland Society of Finland (PSF), Sahan International Relief Association (Sahan), Somaliland Seura (SLS), Finnish universities of applied sciences Diak UAS and XAMK UAS, and the local partners in project areas are Dumar, Aayatiin Development Foundation (Aayatiin) and Hope Org. Disability Partnership Finland offers expertise for disability issues for the project.
Main goal
The aims of the project were to give training for healthcare professionals and students, to enhance communities’ consciousness about the importance of antenatal care through media campaigning, and to promote the equal rights of persons with disabilities to heath services.

The project was administered by Department of Social Research, University of Turku in Finland, and the project partners were Consumer Society Research Centre, University of Helsinki, Department of Social Sciences, University of Eastern Finland, Department of Sociology, Stockholm University, Diaconia University of Applied Sciences, National Institute for Health and Welfare, Kela – Social Insurance Institution of Finland, Swedish Institute for Social Research, Stockholm University and Swedish School of Social Sciences, University of Helsinki.
Main goal
The consortium project provided a novel and comprehensive analysis of long-term trends in financial inequalities, inequalities in health and well-being and inequalities of opportunities over the life course, and their links to the moral and political climate in society.
